I wear my wristband as a visual reminder. To remind myself that there's good in every moment. I then set about recognising it.

• I turn my attention to how I can generously enhance somebody else's day in this precise moment.
• I refocus and return myself back to the breath and fully live right now, in the present moment.
• Finally I smile.
