Smilinggg on The South Downs Way

Join me as I navigate 11 Smilinggg miles of trail running on The South Downs Way in East Sussex, England. Starting at Eastbourne and running 11 miles along the South Downs Way Trail and ending up at Alfriston before turning around and running the 11 rather hilly miles back.

This was recorded on Day 236 of my Smilinggg 366 Challenge; running at least 5km every day in 2020.
