Smilinggg on The South Downs Way : Part 2 :

Join me as I navigate 28 Smilinggg miles of trail running on the beautifully scenic South Downs Way in East Sussex, England. Starting at Alfriston and running 14 miles along the South Downs Way Trail and ending up towards Falmer before turning around and running the 14 rather hilly miles back.

This was recorded on Day 254 of my Smilinggg 366 Challenge; running at least 5km every day in 2020.
