Thursday 10th October 2019 was World Mental Health Day 2019. In June I set the goal to climb the equivalent of Mount Everest on the stair climber to raise money for Samaritans Charity, to promote Smilinggg and the Smilinggg Mile and to raise awareness around Mental Health.
