Grateful to Graeme for inviting me to speak at LFX Community and MH1 Global Live - Mental Health Matters event yesterday in Burnley.
I’ve known Graeme for over a decade, albeit online, so to meet him finally in person was a really terrific moment.
It’s always an honour to get the opportunity to share Smilinggg and to talk openly about mental well-being.
Sharing the ‘stage’ with Helen was a pleasure too and listening to her story was incredibly inspiring and I wish Helen every success on this new and exciting chapter.
Thanks to everyone in attendance, particularly the 6-week old little man who is definitely the youngest I’ve shared The Smilinggg Way with. Too bad I wasn’t able to get baby wristbands made!
Lastly thanks to Keith, Paula, Rachel, Lynn and Lynne who were all a delight to listen to. It was wonderful to share a terrific dinner together the night before too.
